Issaquah High School Football players are provided with year-round opportunities to work out with teammates, developing their football IQ, learning football position skills, increasing strength, and improving overall speed and conditioning. It is up to each player to take advantage of these opportunities. The team bonding and sacrifices made with teammates are as important as the training itself.
The off-season programs also develop valuable non-physical attributes: a focus on accountability, building relationships, academics, integrity, competition, and service. We know we must develop young men and women of high character, not just high athletic ability.
